How to Pay with a Credit or Debit Card via PayPal

You don't need a PayPal account — pay securely with your card in a few clicks.

At checkout, POLOCOMPLUS® uses PayPal's secure payment gateway. Even if you don't have (or don't want) a PayPal account, you can still pay directly with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card as a guest. Here's how.

Step-by-step guide

1. Complete your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details as usual.
2. Select PayPal as the payment method and click the button. You'll be redirected to a secure PayPal window.
3. Don't log in. Instead, look for the button labeled "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (sometimes shown as "Checkout as Guest"), usually below the PayPal login form.
4. Enter your card details — card number, expiry date, CVV — along with your billing address and email.
5. Review and confirm. PayPal may offer to create an account at the end; this is optional and you can decline it.
6. Done! You'll be redirected back to our store and receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Why pay through PayPal?

• Buyer protection: eligible purchases are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection program;
• Security: your card details are encrypted and never shared with us — we only receive payment confirmation;
• No account required: guest checkout works with just your card and email.

Troubleshooting

• The guest option doesn't appear: its availability can vary by country. Try a different browser, disable VPN, or make sure cookies are enabled.
• Card declined: verify the billing address matches your card statement, check that international/online payments are enabled with your bank, or try another card.
• Charged but no confirmation: wait 15 minutes and check your spam folder; if nothing arrives, contact us at contact@polocomplus.com — do not attempt the payment repeatedly.
