These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made on this website, operated by Plus Ultra Limited under the POLOCOMPLUS® brand. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms.

We make every effort to display our sportswear as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations do not constitute a defect. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices & payment

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed;
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown before you confirm payment;
• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal; payment is captured at the time of order;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors — in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping methods, estimated timelines and customs responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory warranty or consumer right applicable in your country of residence.

7. Discount codes & promotions

Promotional codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless expressly indicated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse.

8. Intellectual property

The POLOCOMPLUS® name, logo, product designs, photographs and all website content are the property of Plus Ultra Limited or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright laws. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus Ultra Limited's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, epidemics or acts of government.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting contact@polocomplus.com; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law grants you the right to sue in your local courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the version in force at the date of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
